Since 2018, MDE Srl has been operating in the biomedical sector as an independent company dedicated to the design and production of medical components. The company combines engineering expertise, scientific research, and quality control to develop customized devices for various clinical areas. Each project begins with a technical consultation with the client and results in a certified and reliable product.

Integrated Engineering and Manufacturing

MDE adopts a vertical integration model that encompasses Research, Design, Production, and Validation. This structure allows for reduced development times while maintaining full technical and documentation control.

All departments operate in ISO 7 and ISO 8 certified cleanrooms, with constant monitoring of environmental and process parameters.

Research, partnerships and technology transfer

MDE’s Research & Development division collaborates with universities, technology centres and research institutes to study new micro-extrusion devices and processes. These collaborations enable the transfer of scientific results to the industrial world, creating more high-performance and sustainable devices.
