Cleanroom Production
The entire production chain, from extrusion to assembly, takes place in ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanrooms with controlled contamination. This guarantees the utmost purity of the devices and compliance with the hygiene standards required by the medical sector. Our cleanrooms are equipped with digital monitoring and traceability systems.
Extrusion Machinery
Our extrusion lines are designed for the production of microtubes and single- and multi-lumen sections for high-precision medical and industrial applications. The process is controlled by in-line laser systems that ensure consistent micrometric tolerance and excellent finished product uniformity. The high modularity of the systems allows each line to be customized based on the materials and customer specifications, ensuring maximum efficiency and process repeatability.

Our laboratory is the heart of Research & Development. We use 3D CAD Design software, FEM/CFD numerical analysis, and advanced testing instrumentation to develop new medical device and co-design solutions with the client.
Additive Technologies and Molding
Siamo dotati di diverse tecnologie di Stampa 3D (SLA, SLS ) per la Prototipazione Rapida e la produzione di attrezzature (tooling). Lavoriamo anche con macchinari di Stampaggio ad Iniezione per componenti complessi e ad alta precisione.
